Terms of service

 Overview: By placing an order or using coastalcustomprint.com, you agree to these terms. Coastal Custom Print produces custom and stock apparel and accessories using direct-to-film (DTF) printing and related methods.

Your artwork & intellectual property: When you submit a logo, photo, or design for us to print, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it.

You're responsible for ensuring your design doesn't infringe on anyone else's trademark or copyright, and you agree that Coastal Custom Print is not liable for any claims arising from artwork you provide. We reserve the right to decline any order we believe infringes on others' rights or is unlawful.

Proof approval: For custom orders, we provide a digital proof for your review. It's your responsibility to confirm spelling, layout, colors, sizes, and quantities before approving. Once you approve a proof, you accept the design as shown and production begins.

Color & print variation: Colors may appear differently on screens than in the final printed product, and slight variations are normal in DTF printing. Garment colors and product styles may also vary slightly by supplier and availability.

Pricing & payment: All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing and correct any errors. Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Minimums: Custom and bulk orders may be subject to minimum quantities, which are listed on our Custom Orders page and confirmed in your quote.

Limitation of liability: Coastal Custom

Print's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
