Refund policy

Custom & personalized orders are final sale.

Because every custom and personalized item (including DTF-printed designs, business apparel, event gear, and anything made from your artwork or our designs) is produced specifically for you, these orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once your proof has been approved and printing has begun. We send a digital proof for every custom order so you can review and approve it before we print - please check spelling, colors, sizes, and quantities carefully at that stage.

If something is wrong on our end.

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a printing defect, the wrong item, or damage caused in production, contact us within [7] days of delivery at coastalcustomprint@gmail.com or 251-223-0334 with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or reprint at no cost to you.

Non-custom / stock items.

Unworn, unwashed stock items with no custom printing may be returned within [30] days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Sizing & exchanges.

We're happy to help you choose the right size before you order - just ask. Because printed items are made to order, we can't accept size-based returns on custom pieces, so please use our size guidance up front.

How to start a return or report an issue.

Email coastalcustomprint@gmail.com or text 251-223-0334 with your order number and details. Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.
