Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship throughout the United States from the Gulf Coast of Alabama.

Processing times: Stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Most custom orders ship within 7–10 business days after proof approval; larger or bulk orders may take a little longer, and we’ll always give you a timeline up front. Rush orders are available on many items — just ask before you order and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Shipping rates: Free standard shipping on orders $75 and up. Orders under $75 are charged a rate shown at checkout.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Local pickup: Local pickup is available in Foley and Orange Beach, Alabama. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Lost or damaged in transit: Once an order leaves our hands it's in the carrier's care, but we'll always help. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but reach out and we'll do what we can.
